Course no one calls Haggis anything other then Haggis! We have Chitlins (blanched pork intestines), souce (head cheese...don't ask) and pickled pigs feet.... (no, I've never consumed (*erp*, sorry I threw up a little bit in my mouth) any of them).

That first one sounds good actually. Pig feet ain't nearly as nice as chicken feet.
