Nope, that's everyone. It's sending you all the Nightfall stuff in preparation for the Preview weekend I believe. It's also a pretty major update for the existing content too. Check the updates thread

Apparently there is quite a lot to be downloaded. Not only the initial load when you first start GW, but a whole mess of Megabytes each time you enter an area.
There is a trick explained by Gildwiki to download everything all at once, for each and every area, but this will take a long long time, depending on your connection speed. It is something you can do while you are not intending to play GW, like while you are at school, work, sleeping, etc.
You start up Guild wars with the -image switch. You can do this one of two ways.
1) Open up a command prompt window or use Start->Run. Either in the command prompt window or the field for the Run command type in the full path for the GW.exe file followed by a space, followed by -image. Example: "F:\games\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -image
where in this example, my GW.exe is installed under F:\games. Note the need for quotation marks, and this is because of the space between Guild and Wars.
2) You probably have a Desktop shortcut to start GuildWars. Make a copy of this by using Ctrl C and then Ctrl V, so you have a second copy on your desktop. Rename the copy to "GW download" or something so you recognize it. Right click on it, and click on "properties". In the Target field under the "Shortcut" tab, you should see the command for starting your game, including the full directory path and GW.exe. Add a space followed by -image to this field. Now you have created a shortcut that will start the game up with the -image argument. You can just doubleclick this desktop icon to start the downloads.
It took me hours for this to be completed, but at least I should have gotten everything downloaded.

Yeah that -image tag is very nice, I'll probably run that next week before the preview. If I'd known there was going to be such a large chunk I would have done it this week, as all that decompression of the files the first time I actually zoned in is what killed me. Could have had it done while I was eating or something.

Heh heh, Jaxx, would have been a long meal!
There are other command line arguments that seem of interest as well, and they can be found at Gildwiki somewhere, I think with the end path Command_line or something in the URL. You can test for performance, you can limit the graphics to DirectX 8 compatible (good for older non-fully-DirectX 9 compatible cards), and a few other nice goodies.
