I have stumbled upon this team setupThe Yellow Way... Looks very intresting and tempting to try. Lets make a long term plan to assemble such a team and try it somewhere

It looks very interesting. I see it's invented by someone in DVDF. Unfortunately I don't have a Warrior or Paragon.

I've both, so I'm up for it.
The GWO Paragon Gatherings have been fun, so I'm sure this would be too.

Well I've got my new shiny warrior up to level 20 and working through some EOTN, and Elona... I had a warrior when GW first came out and had him around for ever, but deleted him a couple months ago since i didnt use him, but now i got around to making another =D
the build looks awesome to be honest, lately ive been running 2 paragons and 2 warrior paragons in my group (Me, W Hero, P hench and P Hero) and its worked pretty well as far as defense goes, i spose a whole group of them would be hard to beat
*EDIT* I think ill do some pvp for balthazar to buy some paragon skills actually, then buy those off the trainer with the pvE toon, Dont have many skills for paragon yet

Ranger and an upcoming mesmer here only unfortunately. Does look like an interesting setup though.

I'm thinking that team build might be hurting for more condition removal. There's only one skill in the entire build, Purifying Finale, that removes conditions. It's a good echo, but would need to be on everyone to avoid problems in even medium condition areas. PF has a 10sec recharge, so I see that being difficult to achieve. (although it could conceivably work fine once it's on everyone... as it's unstrippable) I'm thinking maybe we could swap out one of the two Anthem of Fury paras with either Song of Guidance or Song of Purification. SoG is only 4 adren and would give us a lot of unblockable attacks. SoP would be used just as often (5 adren) and is great at condition removal. Just my thoughts... DVDF apparently got that one to work... but I'm trying to think of potential weaknesses. (considering there's no individual condition removal in there either...and blind wars & paras do no damage)

I have both and would by up for trying it out somewhere. ;D I would probably need to get a few skills for which ever build I happen to play but as long as there is ample notice it shouldn't be a problem.

I said in future so don't think we will be able to make it next month may be... I have a vl13 warrior that is trying to survive... Hope I will be able to get the title and then try the team setup. Anyway my para is always ready for action

Although I have great respect for Paragons and Warriors I don't run those characters myself. If for any reason a support Monk would be considered useful I am willing to oblige.

Zalis, I see what you're saying about condition removal, but when I read through the build description and accompanying notes, one of the things that it stressed was the massive party-wide heals as well as the massive healing potential from Finale of Restoration. I think that condition removal isn't so much of a problem because from what I can see, they can be easily outhealed to the point where condition removal is only needed in extreme situations. They've also included Mending Refrain to help counter degen, so conditions and hexes would be less effective. Just my two cents. Christian

From a first quick glimpse it looks interesting. I only have a warrior and no plans for a para, but count the Lady in.
Zalis, concur with Christian; probably everything except blind should pose no problem because you can outheal it. Have to check it more extensively later for hexes - I found the plant mesmers in Elona nasty because of soothing images, but they can't shut down a whole group.

Blind was my main concern, since everything else would get out-healed, and only because it completely shuts down the martial classes. I'm pretty conservative in that respect though, as I don't like to bother monks w/ removing my blindness. (so self-condy removal is usually on my bars) I do think the condition removal would be fine once PF gets spread around... but pretty iffy until then. Just don't take this anywhere near Shards of Orr. I'm still very much into the idea... let me know when we're doing it.

Hmmmm....I'm thinking about it and I'm not sure if we have enough experienced Paragons to make this work. Also, reading more about this, I'm also a little concerned about the warriors remembering to use their heals. I'm still all for trying this out, but I we have to figure out whether we have the manpower first and where to get it if it turns out that we don't. Christian

Chorus of Resto on 5 toons (along w/ two Song of Resto elites) is a little overkill for normal situations anyway, since re-shouting it has no benefit when not taking damage. Whoever slacks on that probably won't make much of a dent unless the team's under über-heavy pressure. Taking time to shout would slow down the build's offense though.
I think we could swing the build with Hero fill-ins... although it wouldn't be ideal. Paragon heroes are pretty good about using their shouts. Just make sure the humans are running the PvE shout bars and assign the empty slots to Morgahns and Haydas. (so you could probably "do it" with 2 Wars & 2 Paras + heroes... though obviously players would be ideal)
Okay, I'm picky... another thing. I wouldn't feel comfortable running a Hammer bar, especially one meant to pump out Earthshakers on a regular basis, without an attack speed stance like Flail, etc. Even on the DSlash bar, I'd want one...
Either way, I'd trust the build's makers' testing and try it as-is the first time.

It looks like they've also tested the builds on heroes and they work well and that it's actually a good thing when the heroes Leroy
