I would just like to say, that last night/early this morning we did a joint venture with two of the Blitzers Guild into FoW.
It was a very successful night for all of us and an enjoyable one as well. Given another 1.5 hours and we would have done a complete FoW clearout - we had already been in about 5 hours. We only had the Wailing Lord and Griffon quest left to do and one Shard Wolf to hunt down.
I believe that they enjoyed themselves as much as we did - Fatigue and the lure of a bed caught up with us in the end.
In all a very good night. If the rest of their Guild are like those two, then I would gladly call them my friends and allies.

Happy to hear that, Dana!
They seemed as a nice bunch at the 12 GMT gathering I visited.

*yawn* yes, Dana, it was a good trip, and so so sorry that I was one of the ones that had to cut it short to get some sleep! We did indeed come much closer to clearing out the entire FOW, and in fact almost without any deaths in our party!
The two members of the Blitzers who joined us were a real pleasure to party with. Who would have imagined that they were not members of SOT, judging by their good team play and wonderful humor? I for one would enjoy partying with them again!
And as always, it was enjoyable partying with everyone else present! Thanks for the good trip Dana, Gigs, Kara and Laelia! (The 8th member was a good friend of ours from another guild, Sister Mercia).

I really enjoyed our time in the Fissure of Woe yesterday with our allies and Sister Mercia. It was amazing how we cleared everything but the Wailing Lord forest. You all did an excellent job. Also, we did this without using the book trick. That made it even more fun because each battle was intense. Also, how did I do as a Warrior? I tried to body block, tank, deal damage and keep them busy while the team re-organized if there was a party death. Here is a screenie with SoT, Blitzers and Sister Mercia.

I think you did well, Volitar! You seem to be up there with some of the best warriors I have played with. For one thing, as you say, you take notice of how the rest of the team is doing, and try to protect us and let us regroup if someone goes down. That is the mark of a truely great warrior, as it is easy for warriors to just charge in and kill/main/gore (all that fun stuff) and never look back.
Kara and I won't forget the incident in the Sanctum Cay mission, when we were going for the bonus, and the rest of the team was kissing the earth face down and there were lots and lots of enemy still alive, and you single handedly finished them off! I felt so so so insignificant! To the tune of "what am I doing here, we got Laelia"! Kara is sitting next to me still going on and on in awe about your performance there.
Wow, SOT now has some darn good warriors!

It was truly a pleasure to play with Althea (alias Agga Ugga) and Cursed from the Blitzers guild... And after the gathering at their guild, they seem to be a lot like us, and very nice, enjoyable peeps, i am allready looking forward to the next expedition with the Blitzers members. Volitar... (*still in awe state*) u did very well, keep up the good work. Kara
