For all you hardware peeps out there I just though I'd let you check out my new case. So here it is the COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UW Black with Aluminum Bezel: As with any case with blue leds on the front this thing is bright My first case with ports on the front. and of course the insides: Yes it is a mess in there, but it could be worse. for anyone that wants to geek out over it. My system: ASUS A8V Motherboard AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 1.8GHz (overclocked to 2.1ghz at the moment) Thermaltake Big Typhoon - keeping it cool SAPPHIRE Radeon X1600PRO 256MB Sound Blaster Audigy 2 1GB of memory and now plenty of vents for air flow So I do alright.

Man, I told you blue LEDs were bright if you sleep in the same room as your PC.
Do what I did. Get a little bit of black duct tape or electrical tape.... cut a little more than pin-hole-sized tear in it... then put it over top of the LED. You may see the tape squares since the LEDs are in a silver spot instead of black, but you'll thank me later.

How is black duct tape gonna look on brushed aluminum. We can stick some black duct tape on your powerbook to test it out. 3. You can see these leds from the other end of my house. Just as bright as when your standing right next to it. I could use this thing as a search light. The intake fan is a little noisey, I might end up unplugging it. I don't know why they put a noisey intake fan and a quite exhaust fan on it but whatever. This case does have all kinds of good airflow since the front is mesh.

The mesh front will take in air even w/o a fan up front. Just not as much, tho w/o the noise.
