It´s always nice to get BIP, specially when one get addictive to it, hehe... Well seriously, I usually put high points on expertise when trapping, it gives me half the cost of energy activating them. For example: if trap cost 15 to activate i only use 7 energy or so. If energy gets low, i would wield a good staff that gives me +13 or +15 energy. As for last nights trip, i could activate 3x traps(normal energy cost 50), following chocking gas, then practiced stance (normal energy cost 20) in a row with the puny energy storage i have, and can also manage to squeeze some annoying savage shot right after, if my chocking gas fails to disrupt critical foe spells. Usually my energy is replenished when ready to the next set of traps. But when those mesmers cast energy surge, your BIP´s were really needed! So in some point it is a good thing, Lago... if you happen to have free capacity of it My first time on a trapping team to UW. There i was wondering why the other 'trappers' where using a staff *thought they were making fun wielding one instead of a bow*, and found out that it gave those + energy... The rest of the team had expertise high and could activate more traps faster, while I was waiting to see my energy generate very very slowly after setting just 3 traps... ...and afterwards I wasnt so afraid to use some more points on expertise...so Ive learned some energy management from those "trapping trips" in UW. Lago your BIP´s would have been worth big time here! ;D
